Return Policy

For all products, the return/replacement policy mentioned on the specific product page will take precedence over the general return policy. Products may only be returned or exchanged in the following strict conditions:

  1. The product received is substantially different from what was displayed on the website.
  2. The product is defective or significantly damaged upon receipt.

How does lastlook.pk process returns?

You may only request a return or exchange for item(s) purchased online within 48 hours of receiving the product, provided the product is clearly faulty or substantially different from the original order. Once the issue is verified, our Returns Team will provide a Consignment Number. You are required to return the product, along with the original packaging (Flyer and Box), to your nearest courier center within 24 hours of receiving the consignment number. Failure to return within this window will result in a rejection of the return request.

How to process the return of your product?

To register a complaint for a faulty or different product, the following steps must be strictly followed:

  1. Log into your [Your Store Name] account.
  2. Navigate to the dashboard.
  3. Click “Complaints” and provide complete and accurate details about the issue.
  4. Attach a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the entire package opening process.
  5. Include a video clearly demonstrating the defect or issue.

Incomplete complaints or complaints missing the required unboxing video will be automatically rejected. If a defect is confirmed within the 48-hour return window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is identified, or the issue is reported after 48 hours, the return will be denied, and the customer will be directed to the brand’s service center for further assistance.

Important Notes:

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons of customer preference or change of mind.
  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Late claims will be rejected.
  • The unboxing video must show the complete opening of the company’s packaging and all contents intact.
  • No items from the package should be missing, broken, or damaged during the return process.
  • Fraudulent claims will be investigated, and if no valid issue is found after inspection, the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • If the customer does not wish to receive the product, it will be held for 30 days, after which it will be discarded.


Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed after a thorough investigation of the issue by our refund team. The refund process will not begin until the customer submits a completed refund request form. This form is shared by the refund team only after a valid claim is confirmed. Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the item reaches our Returns Center.

Refunds will only be issued for valid cases of defective or incorrect products. Refunds for any other reason will not be entertained.

The refund timeline varies based on the payment method used:

In case of order cancellation by the customer:

  • Processing fees will not be refunded.
  • For cancellations involving pre-payment/digital payment methods, refunds will be issued to the debit card, credit card, or bank account used during the payment process. It may take up to 20 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Where to find the refund form?

Please log in to your account at [Your Store Link]. Navigate to “Orders,” then select “Refund Orders” and click on the “Request Refund” button. You are required to provide complete and accurate details in the refund form. Incomplete or inaccurate forms will be automatically rejected.
